What is a Co-op? History Living Units Membership Community Rules Links

Arrowwood Hills Cooperative was established in the late Sixties by a group of concerned citizens who hoped to ease the housing burden faced by many low income residents of Ann Arbor. FHA was the governmental agency responsible for administering the program, and it established a series of guidelines in their effort to control the development process to the extent possible.

Incorporated in 1970, Arrowwood now has 350 units housing a wide range of culture and diversity.
