MeadowManagement, Inc. has served Arrowwood as its managing agency since 1984 when Dave Friedrichs first joined. Dave assisted in negotiating the cooperative's mortgage refinancing with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. In addition to Arrowwood, Meadow provides a few dozen community associations around SE Michigan with property management services designed to meet the needs and staffing of communities.
