Any persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex,
handicap, familial status or national origin are eligible
to apply for membership in the Cooperative. This selection
process includes compliance with the Fair Housing Act of
1988 and the title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and
Section 504 (Rehab Act of 1973 as amended) as well as the
protection of any class of persons protected by lawful
actions of the City of Ann Arbor.
Our diverse membership includes retirees, professionals, students, and families of various backgrounds.
*Waitlist is currently closed. Applications handed out every April. Upon approval, there is approximately a 6-12 month wait for a unit. Please review our Member Selection Info regarding waitlist status.
